The "Dopo di Noi" Law (Law 112/2016) protects people with severe disabilities (as defined by Law 104/92) who do not have family support, for example when parents are no longer present or are unable to take care of them.
This law provides concrete assistance to families of people with severe intellectual disabilities, especially in managing legal, administrative, and financial matters related to the assets designated for the disabled person.
Thanks to this law, families can create a special fund to ensure that the person with disabilities receives continuous support even when parents or relatives can no longer take care of them.

We provide social housing for individuals who meet the requirements of the "Dopo di Noi" law, working closely with the relevant local authorities.
We guide families through understanding and, when possible, using the “Trust” tool introduced by the "Dopo di Noi" law to secure their loved ones’ future.
In addition, we run awareness campaigns to inform the community about the rights and opportunities linked to this law.
In 2020, we helped establish the first Trust in the Bergamo area alongside the Vismara family. This milestone led to the creation of the project “Ora&Oltre: trust e Dopo di Noi in Valle,” funded by the Bergamo Community Foundation, the Valle Brembana Mountain Community, and the 8xmille of the Waldensian Church. The initiative has increased understanding and visibility of this vital support across the province.
Families involved in "Dopo di Noi" projects, together with our cooperative, founded the Futuri Condivisi Foundation on January 20, 2025. This foundation is dedicated exclusively to promoting and supporting the goals of the "Dopo di Noi" law, ensuring that people with severe disabilities receive continuous care and protection.
